Note: One tree in ancestry had this death registration applying to Ophelia (Hogeboom) Goheen, wife of John Goheen. The time and proximity seems OK but so much wrong here. If she was 58, that means born 1811, not likely if married to Henry Zufelt in 1820. In 1869, John Goheen was alive, so not a widow. Ophelia was not born in England. Also, Bible Christian, not in any other records for this family. Which township was this with William Lucas Registrar? Maybe doctor who did reg'n. knew nothing about her. Too much wrong here.
