Mrs. Carr is the former Ethel Phillips, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Phillips, Codrington. She and Walter Carr were united in marriage at her parents home on September 8, 1907 by Rev. D. Crouter assited by Rev. Coumbs. They have five children - Lyal, Trenton, Mrs. (Beryl) Joseph Leith, Lindsay, percy, Peterborough, Donald, Bowmanville and Delbert, Codrington."
