She married Thomas Goheen Jr., son of Thomas Goheen Sr. and Rebecca Clark, in 1807 at Hamilton Twp., Northumberland Co., Upper Canada; Date 14 Jan 1812 per G. Ian Roberts' GEDCOM in RootsWeb. That is a mistake, I expect. That date is the OC date shown in the Loyalists List which means it is when she was recognized officially as a UE Loyalist for the purpose of acquiring land. I don't think it would automatically be the date of marriage - maybe. If John is their son something is wrong - his birth, the marriage - whatever....
