The other son, James, lives on an adjoining farm in the Mount Olivet Community. The late Mr. Woof was a lifelong resident of the area and is also survived by his wife the former Helena Wartman, 12 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Reg McCann. The funeral service was held at the Allen Funeral Chapel in Warkworth and conducted by Rev. Wm. White, pastor of the Free Methodist Church there. Interment was in Warkworth Cemetery.
