Note: This document supports the link between Jacob Ryckman and the Van Houten family. His is the husband of Harriet, one of the three sisters, and is a lawyer involved in the preparation of the Will of Garret Van Houten. The text at the top of the page gives the birth dates of the four children, although it suggests the name Jacob Rightmeyer as the husband of Harriet. Note: This document supports the link between Jacob Ryckman and the Van Houten family. His is the husband of Harriet, one of the three sisters, and is a lawyer involved in the preparation of the Will of Garret Van Houten. The text at the top of the page gives the birth dates of the four children, although it suggests the name Jacob Rightmeyer as the husband of Harriet. This kind of confusion re Ryckman is common and the document clears it up. Also, I expect the name Cyrus Morgh is actually Cyrus Marsh, who lived in Murray at this time.
