Maybe from the newspaper?? Dad was a bit like a walking history book for the Northumberland area. Dad thought the Aleson Jamieson family may be related to our family, but this has never been proven, one way or another. Our family have WM Jamieson family members who were DR's in London Ont., and with their roots in Northumberland Co., Ont area. In the summer I went down Cobourg/Grafton way and was glad to get photos of Dr. Aleson tombstone. That is really all I can tell you in relation to info sent.
