  "Obituaries: Mrs. Ethel G. Goodfellow - Wooler - A native of Murray township and a long time resident of Wooler area where she and her husband operated a market gardening business, Mrs. Ethel G. Goodfellow, RR 3, Pontypool, died March 17 in Bowmanville General Hospital. She was 84. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. Wessels, she was a member of Wooler United Church and when health permitted was active in church activities. For the past 2 1/2 years she had been living with her son at Pontypool. The funeral was held Friday from the Weaver Funeral Home in Trenton where service in the chapel was conducted by Rev. W. Adam. Interment was in Friends' Cemetery, Wooler. The bearers were Harry Harrison, Home Lowe, Everett Ellis, Charles Jarvis, John Petrie and Gerald Ingram. Predeceased in 1965 by her husband John Goodfellow, Mrs. Goodfellow is survived by one son Earl Goodfellow, RR 3, Pontypool and five grandchildren, John Goodfellow, Ajax, Mrs. Donald (Mona) Adcock, Hamilton; Robert Goodfellow, Oshawa; Lisa Goodfellow, Pontypool and Mrs. Michael (Nadine) Popadick of Ohio.
