Note: In spite of the info in the Late Birth Reg'n., I am leaving info here to say this child was born in England. I go back to the 1891 Census. It's really hard to get around the reality that they were in Brighton for the census on April 18 1891. This child, William Henry is recorded as being 4 months old and born in England.
