Obit: "Lewis Elgin Nix; In ill-health sincce the death of his wife, seven months ago, Lewis Elgin Nix, 75 years of age, died this morning at his home 68 Joseph Janisse Avenue, Windsor. A retired baker, Mr. Nix was in business in Frankford, Brighton and Exeter, prior to coming to the Border Cities seven years ago. He was a native of Salem, Prince Edward County. Mr. Nix attended St. Paul's United Church. Surviving are a son and a daughter, Mrs. H. G. Purdy and Earle M. Nix, of East Windsor; one brother Stanley H. Nix of Finnie, Ont., and a sister, Mrs. r. W. Eaves of Toronto. The body will rest at the Morris funeral home, Walkerville, until tomorrow night when it will be sent to the Brintnell funderal home, Brighton, where funeral services will be conducted at 2.30 pm Thursday.
