First: I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. Second: I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may but after my decease. Third: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, right, title, interest, claims and demands in to and out of the south east quarter of lot number twenty one in the fourth concession of the said township of Murray to my son William Walter Adams, his heirs and assigns, forever, but subject always to the payment of the sum of three hundred dollars by my said son William Walter Adams to my daughter Alice Rodgers, which payment I hereby make a lien, charge and encumbrance on my interest in said land, and do direct that the same shall be paid to my said daughter as aforesaid within one year of my death. Fourth: I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, property and effects of every nature and kind, whether real of personal or otherwise howsoever and wheresoever situate of which I shall die seized, possessed or inany manner entitle to shall be divided by my Executors into six equal parts or shares, four of which said parts I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my son Alfred Edward Brock and one of which said parts I give to each of my daughters, Lila E. Cannavan and Florella Brock for their own use absolutely. Fifth: I further direct that if my said son Alfred shall die before me, then the whole of the aforesaid shares shall be divided equally between my said daughters, Lile E. Cannavan and Florella Brock and if either of my said daughters shall predecease me then the share of such deceased daughter shall go to her surviving sister and I further direct that should both my said daughters die before me then the whole of my said residuary estate shall go to my said son, Alfred.
Lastly: I nominate, constitute and appoint my said son Alfred Edward Brock and my son-in-law Charles Wesley Rodgers to be the Executors of this my Will.
