I see no specfic evidence that this is correct but what I do see makes me feel it might be the case. James lives near Robert and Joseph and John in Proton Twp., Grey Co., within the same pages of the census records. Other factors match re his age, birth place, religion. Little of this family is found in the web sites where the others were well represented. Also, Margaret, James' daughter, married John Brinkman and Robert John Goodfellow, son of Joseph, married a sister of John Brinkman.
