Note: Per communication with Malcolm Montgomery it was clear that I had missed taking a picture of this memorial. When I looked again Oct 9 2018, I was surprised to see this memorial standing right beside my door when I got out of the car. How on earth I missed in in 2009 is a really good questons. Brain cramp, no doubt. In any case, close inspection of the year suggests it may be 1869 - with a distinct ridge on the left side of the last letter, making it a 9 and not a 0.
