In the New York Marriage Licenses their license is given March 1, 1783, his name, through a typrographical error, is Pruyor. By this marriage he had two sons, Harmen and William. It is stated that his daughter Martha was named for his first wife but was the child of his second wife, Mary De Forest, whom he married, probably in Canada, and who is the mother of his remaining children.
