Note re Cramahe Census Records: Sanders Hodges is there in Cramahe starting with the 1807 Census. There is only 1 male under 16 in that record - assuming that is Schuyler, what does that say re Ira?? There are 4 males under 16 in the 1810 census which may cover Ira. Need other proof. Shuyler (theoretically a brother) named one son Ira.1,2 He "On 27 August 1814 Major Rogers wrote to a Lieut. Col. Peters at Hodges Inn, Cramahe, 'A detachment of York Militia are on their way from York with 79 prisoners.
