Born on the 7th line of West Zorra on September 17, 70 years ago, the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Dingman who came to that district from Illinois, he had made his home there. He had travelled extensively throughout Ontario as a horse dealer and it was through this medium that he formed such a side circle of friends and acquaintenances, all of whom will be greatly shocked to hear of his death. Forty-four years ago he married Anna Kalkfleisch, of West Zorra. A lover of animals and an authority on them he was also a veterinary surgeon and had attended the veterinary college when it was in Toronto. He was a member of the Lutheran church. He is survived by his widow, on son, Austin of West Zorra, and one sister, Mrs. C. Seager, Downie Street, city. Rev.
