Beloved wife of the late Gerald Dingman. Loving mother of William (Debbie), Carl (Paulette), Janice (John), Mary Ann (Pat), and Richard (Eileen). Mabel is a cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and one on the way. Survived by her sister Hazel and her brother Henry. Predeceased by her brother Martin. She will also be missed by her extended family and many friends. Visitation will take place at MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St. E., Cobourg) on Friday July 12, 2013 from 11 – 12:30 pm, with the service taking place at 12:30 pm. Interment to follow in Castleton Cemetery. Donations in memory of Mabel may be made to Extendicare Cobourg Resident’s Fund or Unit 2B at Northumberland Hills Hospital.
