A lifelong resident of St. Catharines, Mrs. Dingman had worked as housekeeper at the St. Catharines General Hospital, retiring in 1955. She was a member of Facer Street Baptist Chruch. She is survived by four sons, John W., Howard E., Donald C., and Harold L. Dingman, all in St. Catharines; three daughters, Mrs. Henry (Vera) Pritula, Mrs. Robert (Verla) Hedden and Mrs. Gordon (Dianna) Jensen all in St. Catharines; two brothers, Robert and Thomas Dell, both in St. Catharines; 30 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Her husband died in 1963 and a son, Garfield, died in 1974.
