In 1930 he was living with his mother Elizabeth at 1 Del Ray Ave., Catonsville, he owned the house, and was single, age 49, and a commercial scenic artist. He is shown as having come to the US from Canada in 1886, as did his mother Elizabeth. He died a year before his mother.
