TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said above granted premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the aid party of the third part, his heirs and assigns to his own use Forever: SUBJECT NEVERTHELESS, to a proviso therein contained, that the said Indenture, and every thing therein contained shall be absolutely void on payment of the sum of Seven Hundred and Eight-Seven pounds Ten shillings of Lawful Money of Canada, with interest thereon, after the rate of six per cent per annum, on the days and times and in manner following, that is to say: The sum of Seventy-five pounds every six months from the date thereof for the next six years and the balance of Fifty-one pounds then shillings to be paid within six months from the Expiration of the said six years in manner set forth in and according to a certain Agreement entered into the same day that said mortgage. And it is hereby agreed and understood by and between the parties hereto that upon default in payment of any part of the said sums of money and interest. The balance thereof and interest then unpaid shall immediately thereafter become and be due and payable. And by the same Indenture it is witnessed, that the said party of the second part, in consideration of Five Shillings to her in hand paid, by the said party of the third part, hath remised, released, and Forever relinquished her Dower in the said premises, unto his the said party of the third part, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns: Which said Indenture is witnessed by:
